• Miles earned only when converting CentaraThe1 Points to Airlines Miles via the CentaraThe1 rewards platform at www.centaraThe1.com
• Members must provide their Airline Member number at time of points exchange
• For Singapore Airlines , Thai Airways Transfer 5,000 CentaraThe1 points can be converted to 600 Airline Miles 
• For Turkish Airlines Transfer 5,000 CentaraThe1 points can be converted to 1,200 Airline Miles
• Air Asia: Transfer 1,500 points and receive 500 miles
• No Airline Miles will be added if Member ID is not provided to Centara upon points exchange
• Airline Miles will be credited within 1 week from the request of the exchange of CentaraThe1 Points to Airline Miles
• Earning Airline Miles does not apply to hotel or resort bookings
• Once the request to transfer CentaraThe1 Points to the selected Airline Frequency Flyer Programme has been submitted, Airline Miles cannot be cancelled and CentaraThe1 Points cannot be returned to CentaraThe1 member account.
• Once CentaraThe1 Points are transferred they are subject to Airlines Terms and Conditions.

• To transfer CentaraThe1 Points from the CentaraThe1 Card member account to the Privilege Club membership account:
  • Log in to www.centaraThe1.com
  • Select "My Profile" and click "Transfer my points"
  • In the “Partner" box, please select Airline Name and enter your Airline Member number into the “Transfer to” box
  • In the “Points to transfer" box, please fill in the CentaraThe1 points you wish to transfer
  • Click “Transfer”
  • Please review and click “Confirm”
