Centara pre-paid gift voucher can be used to cover room charges, food and beverage, or spa services at any Centara Hotels & Resorts internationally.
To use the voucher for room charges, food and beverage, or spa services during checkout, simply present it at the Front Office. If you did not stay at the hotel, the voucher can be used to pay for food and beverage or spa services directly.
Please note that any unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash and will be forfeited upon checkout.
The gift voucher is valid to 31 May 2026.
1. This gift voucher is for CentaraThe1 members only.
2. Redemption Period on 6th - 15th June 2025
3. Using Period during 6th June 2025 – 31st May 2026
4. This gift voucher can be used for room charges, F&B or spa at all Centara Hotels & Resorts internationally.
5. Please present the voucher at the front office when members use for room charges, F&B or spa when you check out or pay for F&B and spa are applied when members did not stay.
6. Limit of 500 vouchers for gift vouchers for the entire campaign
7. Any unused portion cannot be exchanged for cash and will be forfeited upon checkout.
8. Points are non-refundable.
9. Members must log in to redeem the points. Some promotion, offer or occasional discount could be combined as provided as part of the websites.
