Centara pre-paid gift voucher can be used to cover room charges, food and beverage, or spa services at any Centara Hotels & Resorts internationally.
How to Redeem: To use the voucher for room charges, food and beverage, or spa services during checkout, simply present it at the Front Office. If you did not stay at the hotel, the voucher can be used to pay for food and beverage or spa services directly. Please note that any unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash and will be forfeited upon checkout.
Voucher Validity: The gift voucher is valid until 31 December 2026.

4. This gift voucher can be used for room charges, F&B or spa at all Centara Hotels & Resorts internationally.
5. Please present the voucher at the front office when members use for room charges, F&B or spa when you check out or pay for F&B and spa are applied when members did not stay.
6. Any unused portion cannot be exchanged for cash and will be forfeited upon checkout.
7. Points are non-refundable.
8. This offer is exclusively reserved for the individual who holds the active membership status only and may not be given or loaned to any other person.
