CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This campaign is exclusively for CentaraThe1 members.
2. Members must redeem CentaraThe1 points for any products, services, room stay, food & beverage, or spa services during the campaign period to qualify for the rewards.
3. Accumulating points redemption from 1st October 2024 – 31st December 2024
4. Accumulating room redemption from booking period October 1st, 2024 – December 31st, 2024
5. Eligible points accumulation includes redemptions from room stays, food & beverage, spa, laundry, partner privileges, and deals and products on CentaraDeals.
6. Points redeemed outside the campaign period will not be considered for the prizes.
7. A minimum of 10,000 points must be redeemed throughout the campaign to be eligible for prizes.
8. CentaraThe1 will announce the top 20 weekly leaders on
www.centara1card.com, including the top 10 members with the highest point redemptions transactions and the top 10 with the highest cumulative points redeemed.
9. The Leadership Board will provide weekly updates, listing membership names, member IDs, and scores for both categories.
10. Members must consent to the publication of their names and member IDs.
11. Top 10 members highest point redemptions transactions each month will be eligible for the monthly prizes.
12. Monthly ranking will be reset at the beginning of each month.
14. The top 20 members with the highest cumulative points redeemed during the entire campaign period will be eligible for the grand prizes.
17. The prize will be sent within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email.
18. This offer is exclusively reserved for the individual who holds the active membership status only and may not be given or loaned to any other person.
19. In case of any dispute, CentaraThe1’s decision shall be final.
20. CentaraThe1 reserves the right to cancel or change the offer without prior notice.
21. CentaraThe1 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may disqualify any member found to be tampering with the redemption process or violating these terms and conditions.

PRIZES TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All products, services and CentaraThe1 points redeemed through this campaign are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. All vouchers and points awarded are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Flights and hotel stays are subject to availability and must be booked within the specified time frame. Blackout dates may apply.
4. Flight tickets must be issued from February 2025 to August 2025, and travel must be completed from April 2025 to September 2025.
5. Flight tickets are round trip, and the initial departure must be from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) only.
6. Hotel vouchers are valid from April 2025 until September 2025.
7. Room reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
8. Hotel vouchers include accommodation for up to 2 persons. Additional charges may apply for extra persons.
9. Food and Beverage Cash Voucher value THB 1,000. - is valid to use for one service of your choice for food and beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) in Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand.
10. Food and beverage vouchers are valid until 30th June 2025
11. A minimum of three (3) days' notice is required for reservations.
12. Food and Beverage Cash Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
13. Movie tickets are valid at Major Cineplex Nationwide
14. Movie tickets are valid until 30th June 2025
15. 1 movie ticket per 1 seat (only regular, and normal seats)
16. Movie tickets cannot be used for special screenings and movies released on the first 4 days (or the first 7 days for blockbusters).
17. Bonus points will be automatically added once the campaign ends.
18. Members receiving hotel vouchers and flight tickets as prizes are subject to a 3% withholding tax.
19. Winners are responsible for any additional costs not covered by the prize, including but not limited to taxes, gratuities, and travel insurance.
