Terms & Conditions
Room Vouchers
1. The voucher is valid for a one-night stay with breakfast for two at selected participating hotels.
2. A reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability.
3. The voucher is valid for use until 15 December 2025.
4. Full points redemption is required according to the voucher value, and the redemption is non-refundable.
5. An additional charge may apply for stays during long weekends, and blackout dates may apply.
6. The printed voucher must be presented at check-in to redeem the benefits.
Cash Vouchers
1. The redemption period for cash vouchers is from 9 to 15 April 2025.
2. Cash vouchers can be used from 9 April to 30 September 2025 for room charges, F&B, or spa services at all Centara Hotels & Resorts worldwide.
3. There is a limit of 500 vouchers for a 100 THB value and 200 vouchers for a 600 THB value.
4. Any unused portion of the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and will be forfeited upon checkout.
5. This offer is exclusively available to the member holding the active membership and cannot be transferred or loaned to another individual.
